Firstly, you're probably not as small as you think you are. The average length for an adult male is only around 5.5inches, despite what some people may believe.
That being said, most boys don't begin that part of puberty until somewhere in the ages of 11-16 so you still have time.
And on top of that, penis size is irrelevant. It really doesn't affect anything and everyone is different. If the size of your penis is so important to someone that it affects any sort of relationship with them then you shouldn't be hanging out with them in the first place.
Being depressed and worrying about it isn't going to help you at all so just get on with your life.

What's up,
Who and what are you comparing yourself to? If it's what you have seen in porn then let me be the first to tell you that an extremely high percentage of males don't have a penis that's the equivalent of a third leg or that they have to throw over their shoulder in order to carry it.
I know it's cliché and I'm sure that you have heard it a million times before but it really is true when people say that everybody is different. There is no right or wrong time to go through puberty, your body isn't going to be like "oh, it's your 16th birthday, time to ring the changes!" It'll simply happen when your body is good and ready.
I'm going to echo Richard when he said that penis size is irrelevant. Usually the person that it's the biggest deal for is the person that it happens to be attached to because it either fuels or damages their ego. It's all well and good being hung like a horse but it counts for nothing if you're just going to waggle it around because you have no idea what to do with it. I can't imagine it's exactly practical either.
Just because you're hurt, doesn't mean you're broken.

Hey there,
Each of the above are correct. Have you gotten pubic hair? Underarm hair? An unwanted erection? If any of these above are answered with a yes, I would say that you've began to hit puberty. Everyone is different, and girls begin puberty before guys. Guys can begin puberty anywhere between the ages one of the users stated, which is 11-16. There is still plenty of time for you to hit it fully.
As for penis size, just because you haven't reached a size you want doesn't mean you haven't hit puberty yet. Your penis isn't going to be large when it's not erect. The average size erect is about 5.5 inches in males. If you're comparing yourself to what you see in movies or TV, stop. What you see in these movies isn't even anything compared to what real life is. Penis size won't matter one bit to a girl you're in a relationship with and if it does, then she isn't worth your time.

As Dizzy Heights said, you do not want a penis that looks like a third leg. No human male can accomplish that size! It's all Photoshopped, so please stop dwelling over it. I'm being redundant here, because others have said it, but the average size is about 5.5, but that's to say some are a bit larger while others are less. There's nothing wrong with that, it's all who you are. If you feel pressured by tv, magazines and other girls/guys, then they're not worth it. You're you, you should be proud of your body. You'll reach puberty when it happens.
Also, as Shannon said, if you unexpectedly ejaculate or have gotten pubic hair, you're already beginning puberty.

firstly - calm down dude
As said, the average length is only like 5.5inches or something? Also, you know that when you're looking down on your own penis it looks smaller than it will look to someone looking directly at it so that's probably a factor. Ignore 90% of the what your male friends are telling you about theirs because they're probably exaggerating:')
Like you've said, your dad didn't properly hit puberty until age 17 and you're not even 16 yet. Sometimes puberty does come later but you're probably worrying over nothing

Mate your worrying to much, every person is unique and a individual. Some boys stat puberty at 10, others not until there 17. Just relax and enjoy life. Who cares what you penis size is. My penis isn't exactly large, but I don't care. I also feel like I'm delayed in pubety. I am 5'6, I'm quiet short for my age. I have no faciel hair what so ever, not even a tash.
Some people are just what I call them, late bloomers. You need to endure it and enjoy life. Which, I know is REALLY hard. Trust me.
Also, regards to the weight issue. I am also overweight. but it will just fall off eventually
It's okay mate. Just relax.
Hope this helped.

Hi,
Ditto what everyone said. 99% chance you're a late bloomer. Basically if you can get strong / become better at sports, you're almost guaranteed to be a late-bloomer. And the brain is the most important sexual organ so don't worry.
If you're really concerned, get a blood test to check for testosterone levels, especially if you faint a lot, have shaky muscles, or are tired all the time. This means you probably have hypogonadism.
Although it's extremely rare (1/10,000 - 1/50,000), anyone can get it and you might want to check up just to stay on the safe side. I have this but, I'm one of the only ones in the Denver area that my endocrinologist works with lol.
