I’m back

I was here as a teenager and now I’m back at 20 years old. Here’s a bit of an update. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder and I’ve had my eating disorder for years. I was in remission for awhile but sadly I’ve relapsed.

Remember on here when I said something like “so I just randomly starve myself sometimes “ and someone replied to me saying “nooooo that’s how eating disorders are started”. But she was right. I did develop an eating disorder unfortunately. But I’m getting through it. I’m moving on. Just one day at a time.

Welcome back! It's nice you've decided to return. ^.^

It's good to hear you're recovering from your eating disorder. Something like that can take an enormous amount of time, and a lot of course to push through.

I remember you and I remember how you have struggled with eating. I'm sorry to hear that you have relapsed, but it's good to know that you have been diagnosed (and I assume receiving appropriate support) and that you are trying to get through one day at a time. It's difficult but I believe you can get through this :)
