Hi there, welcome back! I'm sorry you are struggling right now. If you want anonymized support, we have the HelpLINK service, where you can submit a 'ticket' and a Mentor will reach out to you with a response. We also have the Discord chat room, which is a new feature implemented in the past few years. Or, of course, you also have the forums to post in.

Just to add onto the above, we also have our new LINKUp mentoring (which can be accessed through the HelpLINK form, just be sure to check the box for mentoring and your preferred communication methods). LINKUp mentoring is basically longer term mentoring, where you will be assigned a mentor, who you can talk to for an agreed length of time.
