Positive ways we can deal with feeling/being lonely -

Hey guys
I was wondering what are some positive ways you do when you feel lonely? I have found talking to people on support groups / forums like these make me feel less alone and lonely. I also have found joining groups in general about a hobby or interest helps too.

I go on the TH Discord. I also joined an online arts and crafts group that meets on Sundays on Zoom. We chat while we do art (I just color).
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die
Like you're hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
'Cause you gotta survive

Volunteering has helped me to get me out of my mind and focusing on helping and talking to the people in my place of volunteering. It's cheered me up when I've felt down or lonely.

I am volunteering at a place actually and plan to start again next week hopefully. It seems up my alley and it would give me experience working in an office setting. That is what I do too. I talk and learn from the senior volunteers, and the two I worked with seemed nice.
