Lonely and pissed.

I cant take it. Why do people feel the need to leave and abandon me?? Am i really that worthless and too dumb? Am i that fucked up that im just trash to people? I hate it. Please someone kill me. Shoot me out of my misery please. I cant take people. People are so fucking selfish and awful. Kill me before I shoot myself.

Nobody is going to tell you to go ahead and kill yourself nor is anyone going to harm you because you want them to. I'm sorry you are feeling frustrated with the world right now. I will admit, the world is a crappy place to live in; but this is not a reason to give up. You have worth and the ability to make a difference, you just haven't recognized your potential yet. I suggest taking a step back, breathing, and take note of the things you are grateful for. What are some of your good qualities, what do you have that others may not have? This is an instance of when it is OK to be selfish. Taking care of yourself and taking note of your positive qualities is the first step in healing. Don't worry about the others. If they walk out of your life, then it is their loss. Moving on certainly isn't easy, but it can be done one day at a time.

Thank you, Luminescene :) I wasnt in the right mindset and now I'm a bit better. im on antidepressants so I get into crazy moods. I need a reminder every time I get into depressive mood honestly.
