This homework I can't do...

All my teachers are suddenly assigning us projects to tell them who we are. Writing a poem about us for English, filling out countless "All About Me!" papers in choir, a complete project in art, a power-point in health, and my history teacher told us she has one coming. Why are they having us do this a month into school? I can't do these projects. It's so easy to tell when I lie, and I can't tell them who I am really....

I'm sorry that you're having a tough first month of school.
But... teachers don't wait. And they won't ever wait.
All the 'All About Me' papers are for them to get to know you.
I know that it's tough, because it's like work overload.
But what they're doing is completely normal.
High school is no different. I started learning the first day.
You're just going to have to get used to it...
The workload probably won't ease up :/

Unfortunately, part of school is working hard. The older you get, the tougher the work gets. But the good thing is, you get used to it eventually! I felt overwhelmed at first too, but after a while it felt like I almost wanted more work. Try keeping an agenda to make sure that you're getting everything you need to done, and pencil in when you're supposed to do what. Make sure to stick to it, too! This should also help with due dates and such. PM me if you need any help with things.
