Budget your time. If you know your exams are in two weeks, make a two week schedule of when you want to study and what you want to study. When you study, break everything down into smaller chunks of information versus trying to cram a lot of information in all at once.

The only study tip I can give you is to break your week into small pieces. What is more important now is just getting everything done. The quality is second to the quantity; when you are all finished up, take the extra time to revise. You just need to have a copy of everything so that even if it is crappy, at least you have something to hand in.
Like Pandamonium said, make yourself a schedule. I personally hate schedules, so I just tell myself I need to get this, this, and this done for the day. However, it is more effective when you use specific time slots. Make it during the school day so that when you get home you can get cracking right away. Just know that in three weeks this will all be over and you can relax.
