Longing Parasite
The parasite loves the host It treasures the way it walks, the places it goes, the foods it eats It clings to its back, gripping its skin and hair Relishing every single last thing it does Sucking out all the life and love it can It starts to need the host to live Whenever it sees the host it gets so excited And runs towards it But the host does not need nor want the parasite Not in the way the parasite needs and wants it And it picks it off and looks for something it would rather have just a small piece i quickly wrote down because unrequited love go brrrrr |

Re: Longing Parasite
Very well written, excellent parallel between unrequited love and a parasite latching onto its host.
But you are not a parasite. |
Re: Longing Parasite
This was really good. I can definitely relate to that parasitic feeling of unrequited love. But I agree with J that you aren't a parasite :)
