Coloring! What are your favorite things to color? -

Coloring books are a great form of self expression. What types of things do you like to color? My favorite coloring book is a swear word coloring book and I hope to get more for Christmas. Obviously I can't share those with you since PG-13, but here's one I colored from a stress relief book. I tend to like designs like this more than I do coloring animals, etc. When I color animals I tend to want to stay "realistic" and I don't want to do that always!

I am not really sure what I like to color, to be honest, as I haven't really given it a whole lot of thought. I know I don't like coloring in illustrations that have too much going on in them; such as different designs.

I have one of these too! It's so much fun.
I colour mostly on my phone or tablet now. I like colouring in pictures of people or landscapes because it can be really fun picking which colours to use.

The word "darn" is tame enough for me to share.

I haven't coloured anything in years. Definitely not since I was a child. I always remember colouring things in as a child and the teachers would tell me how my colouring directions were all over the place. Apparently there's a 'technique' to effectively colouring in. Though personally I think a person should colour in whatever direction they feel like.

I definitely don't follow a technique, nor do I color inside the lines

I also enjoy drawing and painting over coloring. I love using pastels the most, it's so much fun and calming.
