what am i

it's a flat tyre deflating,
it's hope slowly fading,
it's my happiness dying,
the pain i hold in,
the secrets i keep,
you'll see me smiling,
inside im silently screaming,
it's a volcano waiting to errupt,
it's my dreams slowly sinking,
i'm depression
i'll always appear when you least expect me.
