When I say your name
In hushed and gentle tone
It is because I am afraid
That if I let my feelings be known
The world would tremble
The skies would fall
The oceans boil with passion
For you are my all

When I look into your eyes
The words do not flow
There is reason for this
I would have you know
Should those words be released
Spoken as they deserve
Then all others would be deafened
Such the power they heard

When I touch your skin
With fingers slightly shaking
All my senses are on you
With your soul I am taken
And to feel your touch
So gentle and sure
Fills me with peace
Knowing I am yours
