I'm not the person I used to be,
You made sure of that,
You destroyed me ,
Now I sit in hell with no way out ,
I'm trapped in this hell
With only memories
Memories of how you
hit
spat
kicked
pushed
stole
hurt
You destroyed me
I'm not the person I used to be
I never will be
You made sure of that.
I'm stuck in this hell
With memories of you
What you did and what you said
Still lives on inside my head
While your'e all getting on with your lives
I'm not,
you've got me trapped
Trapped forever in this never ending hell,
Memories of what you did and what you said
How you
hit
spat
kicked
pushed
stole
hurt
You may think I'm fine
I'll smile and say 'I'm fine'
But really that isn't so
I'm not the person I used to be
You all destroyed me
If only now you could see
The damage you've done to me.
my counsellor told me to write a letter to the people who bullied me at school I can't write them one but it seems easier as a poem do you think it would matter if I wrote this in my book at the letter but more of a poem ??
'There will be bad days, there will be good days, there will be really bad days, and really good days, and days that are not bad or good but just simply suck, but either way you got through it and you are here today and that is all that really matters''

I really like this! Thanks for sharing. I think it would be fine o put this instead of a letter. Sometimes poems are easier. Keep writing!
From day one I talked about getting out
But not forgetting about
How all my worst fears are letting out
He said, "Why put a new address on the same old loneliness?"
When breathing just passes the time
Until we all just get old and die
