Ten people, including a police officer, were killed Monday after a gunman opened fire in a grocery store in Boulder, Colorado, shattering the calm for another US community.
A suspect is in custody, Boulder Police Chief Maris Herold said, but authorities did not share any information on his identity, the type of weapon used or any possible motive.
In the greater cosmic scheme of things, does it really matter?

Since the spa shooting two weeks ago in Atlanta, there have apparently been over twenty shootings in America that qualified as mass shootings- I guess that means four or more people, not including the shooter.
I hate to say it, but I'm not that surprised. The entire country's been a powder keg for years, and covid is making the overall mental health situation for people way worse. America's in a horrible place right now.
