I ban you because last year, when I met the best psychologist ever (seriously, she's amazing), and I said I'd had really good years . . . she just looked at me and said, "Really?" . . . and then went on to disprove all of my "good" years, pointing out all the SH and so forth.

(That was around when I started to have to accept that I have a mood disorder.)

I ban you because you're probably lifting wrong. (I know you go to the gym.) Get a lifting belt, should help your posture/lower back - also try plank holds, they build the muscle in your lower back as well as your lower abs. ;)
