I still want to be toned. I do 50 citups and 50 pushups a night to get toned and am restricting my meals.

I ban you because restricting is DUMB. Eat healthily and nutritiously, don't mess up your body by playing with what you feel the "correct" calorie intake is. Healthy bodies are happy bodies, and a healthy body hugely contributes to a healthy mind.

(When some of our gymnasts started restricting, they were forbidden from training until they ate properly again.)
