Problem with the other night being: I DID say something; and when he said no, I decided to cover my own ass, because they're allowed to vent by blaming and bashing me behind my back. And I'm not sorry for protecting myself, even if it was wrong. I'm also not the only one saying they need to get their shit together, because we need you back ASAP, and this is just a minor part of why. Because let go too long, the team suffers. And you're either having an off day, losing your touch, or losing your patience with me. Maybe I should've just gone with my gut and left you alone because I knew it was a waste of time. But, if it gets your attention partly to where I need it, then maybe it was worth it.

I don't know if it's truly a lack of coverage, if I'm right that she needs guidance with the schedule, or it's just one more consequence of you being gone for so long; (or a combination of everything), but we're starting to DROWN, and it's only going to get worse!
