I'm trying not to be jealous or immature about this, but seeing people post about getting their licenses is hard. I know this will either work out or it won't. Hiring or retaining people who all do things the same way cheats you out of the types of valuable learning experiences that come from working with someone who is, thinks, and works differently. In a world, profession, and organization that claims to value diversity, I find the fact that you do this somewhat ironic; at the same time it makes sense though because different is uncomfortable and inconvenient which makes it a lot easier not to bother.
