Remember when we snuck away from that concert to have sex. And when we went acorn hunting that morning by the lake between classes. And when I had breathing trouble that night we were in the tent and you fed me coffee and told me stories and told me how much you loved me. And when we used to share hangovers cuddled on your couch and order too much food?
Honey, you're familiar, like my mirror, years ago ..... I slithered here from Eden just to sit outside your door ... ... Níl a shíltear mar a bhítear. Things are not always what they seem.

My brain doesn't work like yours does and that has SCREWED me more than you will ever know
I am NOT refusing to change, I am neurologically incapable of doing what you ask
Blaming me for being different doesn't do either of us any good. I'm trying harder than you will ever realize and still failing
I don't trust easy because I've been burned so many times
Standing up for myself and refusing to be treated like crap is not wrong
Authority isn't always right and abusing your power is NOT okay, even if you get away with it
Someone needs to take responsibility besides me for what I've been through. I didn't bring it on myself
You're the one who said "never assume" you then assumed several things about me in your next sentence and none of them were true
Consider your own attitude before calling me out for mine
Respect is earned from me, not given because you happen to have power. You earned however I react to you.
This is how I get through the world, if you don't like it, that's NOT my problem.

You are a selfish little brat! I cannot believe that after everything I've done for you, and all I've given you, that you would treat me like this! You bet your horrible attitude I will NEVER do anything for you again, nor will I ever, and trust me when I say this, I will NEVER talk to you again. So Screw you.

I blocked you for a reason. Arguing doesn't make you right and I don't need to waste energy on you. Besides, I almost was one and I can tell you from experience a professional would NEVER be allowed to say that to someone, especially not like that.

I love you. You are my family. You will always hold a special place in my heart but you have to understand that you're toxic to everyone you're around. You throw anger around like it's candy and if you have the opportunity to stir the pot, you do. Your name leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I don't want you to hate me, I just want you to understand. I try so hard to take care of you, and the only thing you give me in return is curse words about how it's not good enough, or just rage about how I'm not good enough. I learned a long time ago that I was never what you wanted. I just kept hoping to change your mind.

They have their reasons for it whether you agree or not is irrelevant. Not to mention you're showing your true colors right now. I'll just stay out of this, let it play out and you can allow your behavior to disqualify you. Better chances for me. Considering this I hope I at least get a chance to talk to them about it. I really have no life now, thank you for that, but I still hope I get it. WOW I really can't catch a break anymore.

You two need to step it up and become the adults you're supposed to be. It's sad that your little sister, and your 20 year old daughter is more of an adult and more of a parent than either of you. Stop with the drugs, stop with the crazy amounts of Drama, and just grow up. It's not going to be long before your life really falls apart and I'm not going to be around to pick up all the pieces. I have my own family to take care of, I'm not going to stand around and waste my time taking care of yours.

That's right, the small, shy, quiet one said THAT and it's visible to the public with my name and picture attached! Maybe that horrendous experience wasn't a total loss. Apparently it gave me something resembling a BACKBONE and an attitude where I don't take anybody's crap anymore. And you know what? I LIKE it Have a nice day!

I can't even anymore. You weren't innocent in this and it's killing me, but you'll never have to deal with that. You'll never have to face what this has done to me. I think I'm done and you'll never even know.
You have no idea how hard I'm fighting the urge to email you. It's not like you could or would do anything. I want the pain to stop. If anyone had a chance it would've been you, but you don't have to care anymore and I'm the last thing you need.

I love you more than anything, and I'd do anything for you, but if you were to leave, I wouldn't crawl back to you this time. It's not worth it. I'm tired of you breaking my heart, and me picking up the pieces and trying to glue it back together with chewed up gum. It's not worth this.

I'll be contacting you soon, I know you told me to take the full year, but to me it's been 9 months and I could apply now if I wanted so please don't brush me off, I don't think I could take that right now. I know you were desperate to have me, practically begging me so please be nice I'm already not seeing much point, but if there's a chance I could work and get it for practically free then it might be worth it.
I'm contacting you too, I have a very unique situation (essentially I got screwed and went from becoming a mental health professional to needing one) your info session isn't convenient and it's not what I originally wanted, but it looks interesting and might give me a better chance at a career that I can survive on.

Assuming you stick to your story that I did "nothing wrong", then I have NOTHING to be ashamed of, and you probably do. That doesn't mean I don't care if you know what this has done to me. This still screwed me, you're still not innocent, and I still want what I can never have, but at least I'm not ashamed anymore (unless you lied to me), but even then, that's on you, not me.
I still desperately want what I will never have. My broken brain and you stole that from me. I hope it either works out another way or I eventually come to terms with it. Either way I REALLY wish you you knew what this has done to me.
I know I have to let go, but I had so much done and my alternatives are so bad (or non-existent) that I just can't. And for the record, I was this much of a wreck before I knew about that so this IS NOT a self-fulfilling prophesy and I DID NOT cause or choose it. You've forgotten about me and I know that so I have to let go of it and you, but it's too painful.

I'm trying not to be jealous or immature about this, but seeing people post about getting their licenses is hard. I know this will either work out or it won't. I feel like one more would make it better and smooth this over, but there was a reason that you weren't there at the end, maybe it's supposed to be easier to let go if I don't get that. I only really want it because you did such an amazing job the other times and you said you would. I know it's impossible without a miracle and you don't owe me anything. I don't know how hard it would be to walk back in there though. If I go back it makes sense to go back there, but I'm hesitant only because of how painful I'm expecting it to be. I want you to make this okay somehow, but I think it would've happened that way originally if it were supposed to. I know it was a train wreck, but that doesn't mean that letting go is easy.
Even if that's not what you said, I know that's what you meant. I'm brain-damaged, not stupid.

I'm proof that the cliches aren't true so please stop saying them. Hard work doesn't always mean your dreams come true, sometimes you work harder than everyone else and still get your worst nightmare instead. I know why "there's no wrong way" in the profession. Those who do it "wrong" don't exist in it because they get treated like crap and then thrown out.
I never blamed you, you didn't have a choice, but neither did I and if you think my life has been a cakewalk since you couldn't be more wrong. I get to struggle through life just to lose everything I could ever want.
"If we're treating you so bad, why don't you just quit?"
1. Because I've spent my entire LIFE being mistreated and abused by people because of the way I was born. If I gave up every time that happened, I wouldn't exist anymore
2. I finally found something I was willing to fight for, I wasn't going to let you take it away from me without one
3. If you're going to brag about your decades worth of training in treating people with tact and empathy and respect, you shouldn't be treating anyone like this. It's not just me
4. The students you've trained are turning out the same way and it's making me sick.
5. You were abusive and what you did was WRONG and has left me with pervasive emotional damage. ADMIT IT, OWN IT, and STOP IT! I want to be the last one you do this to
Hiring or retaining people who all do things the same way cheats you out of the types of valuable learning experiences that come from working with someone who is, thinks, and works differently. In a world, profession, and organization that claims to value diversity, I find the fact that you do this somewhat ironic; at the same time it makes sense though because different is uncomfortable and inconvenient which makes it a lot easier not to bother.
Another stranger blocked on account of IGNORANCE. Until you've walked in his shoes you have NO RIGHT to judge like that. I should want to educate you, but I don't. It's amazing what people will post behind the anonymity of a keyboard even with their name and picture attached.

I wish there was a way to make everything better. I can't though. I'm sorry.
Catching up with you the other day was the best thing ( beside cuddling my baby) that I have done in a long time. I miss you <3

As much as you want to admit that you don't like me, I know you won't, because you would also have to admit that you need me, and that's why you won't cut me loose.

I honestly wish that I could say that I hate you, but I don't. I just wish you wouldn't have messed me up...

Just because you are his friend doesn't mean you have any say about what goes on around here. I'm his wife, and I assure you, I have the power here.

I'm not going to waste the energy it would take to reply to the crap. That would make me no better than you, but I'm curious why you feel the need to be right SO strongly that you're insulting strangers. You are doing it from behind a keyboard though which makes you the coward. And for the record,I am NOT wrong, I was earning a MASTERS degree in it and if I could claim the knowledge, I would've thrown it in your face.
Seriously, people post stuff like that on an article about suicide and I lack empthy! Oh,wait we decided I didn't. Professionals are held to a higher standard? At least I have brain damage, what's your excuse? Or do your qualifications mean you don't need one.
If I could, I would get both since I can't decide, but it's impossible. Also, they told me you'd be more than willing to write them for anything else. I really hope they didn't lie to me, but I have serious trust issues. It's just one of the many issues you've reinforced and left me with. Again, thank you very much. I'd obviously rather have that, but I can't, it wasn't my decision, and I didn't deserve that, nor do I want to be associated with a profession where people act like that and I know that the behavior is profession-wide.

I'm so sorry, I hope they let you go home. I'd sit there with you all day by your bedside if I could.
If clarity's in death, then why won't this die?
Years of tearing down our banners, you and I
Living for the thrill of hitting you where it hurts
Give me back my girlhood, it was mine first
The axe forgets, but the tree remembers

I love you so much.
Since day one of talking I knew I'd have a thing for you.
You mean so much to me and you don't even know it.
