Should I take this job offer? I'm afraid if I don't, I'll regret it, and if I do, I'll either regret giving up the pay and benefits, or be overwhelmed trying to do both.

I'm bored. I need a hobby and a way to make some extra money, and as much as that sounds like a good idea, it's not a short-term solution, and if I'm not 100% in, then I'm not doing it.

It would really help if I knew how much the pay was. One is definitely more appealing than the other, but that would really help me compare. I don't need that much, but I'm not going to burn myself out.

That this anxiety cycle of applying for jobs and then not returning calls for interviews, and then beating myself up for blowing off a potential job for no good reason is getting REALLY old

Work wanted that survey taken, I told the truth and I don't care. They brought it on themselves. I'm clearly valuable and good at my job, so if they don't appreciate me, I'll find somewhere that does.

Debating with myself whether working on my day off was worth it. Yeah, he said he was desperate, but it wasn't bad and he did agree to cut tomorrow's shift in half in exchange. But, between the hours change and longer shifts (especially after only 12 hours last week), I'm exhausted and I willingly passed up a day off I now realized I needed.

That there's a really good chance I'll have to quit my job. Even though my manager absolutely adores me.
I knew the day would come when I couldn't justify the position he put me in, and it was yesterday. He can be an amazing human and screw me over at the same time. It would take a miracle to work out the way I want, and a great as he thinks he is, he can't do it.

It might be more possible than I thought, but I don't want to get my hopes up. There's still no opening, and even if there was, I'd still be competing with a million neurotypical, naturally extroverted people. Or, whatever other excuse he manages to come up with. Because they can absolutely love me, and think I'm amazing, and still say I'm not promotable.

He doesn't get it either, and he agreed to figure it out for me. Maybe they really are clueless, or at least new at this; because as soon as I told her I could always do full days, I got another 90 minutes. But, it seems awfully intentional and malicious to me on some level.
