I remember the last two iterations of this thread. Unfortunately, #3 has been inactive since April; so I made a new one.

Basically the rule is you have to give a ridiculous, silly, nonsensical ban to the poster above you. For example:

W posts

X: I ban you (W) for stealing my tacos.

Y: I ban you (X) for making it snow.

And so on. :)
