One sentence story
So the idea is a bit like the one word story, except with a whole sentences to make it a bit more exciting. Basically write a sentence of a story and then the next poster writes another sentence to create a story. Then see how the story comes out!
I'll start: one day, Fred decided to go for a walk. Let's see what happens! |
Re: One sentence story
But he didn't know it would be his last.
Re: One sentence story
Instead of going to the park like usual, he decided to to try the woodland walk
Re: One sentence story
And on the woodland walk, he saw a group of snipers getting into position.
Re: One sentence story
There were three of them crouching behind trees.
Re: One sentence story
Fred invited them over for tea and cheesecake.
Re: One sentence story
But they didn't want tea and cheesecake. They wanted...
Re: One sentence story
the blood of their enemies
Re: One sentence story
But they decided to go get tea and cheesecake anyway.
Re: One sentence story
However, nothing had been provided for the guests, the thought of a very different way of dining was almost appealing now.
Re: One sentence story
Fred panicked, wondering where he could find cheesecake in the middle of a forest.
Re: One sentence story
The snipers raised their rifles
Re: One sentence story
Suddenly a large cloud began swirling overhead, as red lightning flashed
Re: One sentence story
In the blink of an eye the snipers turned into kittens!
Re: One sentence story
Fred was saved, for now.
Re: One sentence story
But now he had three kittens to look after - what was he going to do with them?
Re: One sentence story
Then another flash of light, and the snipers were back!
Re: One sentence story
But this time they had no weapons on them, and were in a bag from Fred trying to take the kittens home.
Re: One sentence story
Fred dropped the bag, and the snipers crawled out, one of them meowing still
Re: One sentence story
The snipers ran away from Fred, scared and confused, never to be seen again.
Re: One sentence story
Except they called for backup, and Fred was being chased by a fully loaded AC-130 gunship
Re: One sentence story
However, it turned out the gunship was loaded with silly string!
Re: One sentence story
Fred was being crushed under the sheer weight of silly string!
Re: One sentence story
Fred managed to dig his way out of the silly string and watched the gunship get stuck in the silly string pile.
Re: One sentence story
And then the gunship fell on fred, squashing him
Re: One sentence story
Suddenly Shrek appears, taking the gunship off Fred and helping Fred get free.
Re: One sentence story
But it was too late, Fred was dead, but his identical and evil twin, Ned, wasn't!
Re: One sentence story
Ned gathered up some silly string, and began plotting his evil deeds with it
Re: One sentence story
Silly string was never part of his m.o, but Ned's feature on 'Extreme Cheapskates' makes sense now.
Re: One sentence story
Ned had a plan that would bring about destruction to the world...
Re: One sentence story
He hurried back to his secret lair to gather up his plans.
Re: One sentence story
In his lair he saw a sight that froze his heart!
Re: One sentence story
It was Fred!
Re: One sentence story
Or at least his body!
Re: One sentence story
Fred's body had magically appeared back in the lair!
Re: One sentence story
Ned was confused about how that had happened but didn't give it much thought because...
Re: One sentence story
right at that moment, the telephone rang, and it was...
Re: One sentence story
Fred's head!
Re: One sentence story
Then Ned realised that he was seeing a strange optical illusion created by his patented "Evil Video Player Inator", and that Fred was infact dead.
Re: One sentence story
Ned quickly got over the shock, and began thinking of ways to get his product to the evil black market
