I watched the glee project, and their music video was on bullying, and it made me think of my past bullying because of how I looked or my dry skin or how I was always this weird freak or a cutter....and I started crying and of course felt nothing better to do then to text my friend.
I ended up telling him that I had cut again.....
dammit...thats a secret I wanted to keep escpecially from him and crap i let it out in a fricking rant.

I cried myself to sleep last night and woke up crying. It's 7:45am and I've already had a panic attack today. At this rate, I'll never be well enough to go back to work. I'm so angry at myself

Found out that on the leadership camp that I'm going on has a huge annual water fight along with heaps of swimming activities. Which means I'll have to wear my togs. Which I can't actually do. Stupid scars all up both arms :mad:
Imagine what they'd say? A future leader is supposed to be an example!!!! Not a cutter! An example!
And I CAN'T be an example looking like this. Guess I'll hafta start thinking of a creative excuse . . .

I feel like hell. My doctor won't do anything about changing my meds, I've been waiting for an appointment with a psychiatrist for over a month. I have been signed off work because I can't do my job properly when I'm feeling like this. I don't know what to do.
