3:49 AM and dark right now, wondering if I should open Amnesia, whether it\'s worth the potential psychological trauma. If it really is as scary as people say it is.

After finally working out my timetable a week ago I\'ve just been told one of my units is unavailable, which means I have to rearrange everything, again. Grr.

Woke up early to find out when my appointment was, sure it was this afternoon, but it\'s at 11 and with the time it takes to get there and the buses that don\'t run on time, I don\'t have time to sleep any more. :( why did I stay up till 2am? XD

I upset him last night. Couldn\'t sleep because people were being fucking loud. My neck spasmed for over two hours and is still spasming. And he\'s still upset.

I had to carry tons of giant boxes from the attic and the garage way out to the burn barrel, back and forth and back and forth, and it was freezing cold out there.

Bad day. I hate having to pretend I\'m blind to what he does. Why so I always have to do what everyone else wants. Am I that weak? So confused about everything too.

I have no desire to stop cutting.
Also, I really don\'t want to go to therapy today since I don\'t want to deal with anything. And my friend wants to hang out with me, but I\'m drained of energy and don\'t want to be around anyone right now. But if I\'m alone I\'m going to end up cutting more. Self harm isn\'t even helping that much anymore, I just can\'t not do it. |

She cancelled my therapy appointment! All because I didn\'t have school today! My sister has the window open and her friend threw her pop cans all over my bed! Why can\'t I ever be truly happy? Is that so much to ask for?

Therapy isn\'t helping AT ALL. My therapist keeps saying the same things over and over, and it\'s like we\'re going around in circles and not accomplishing anything.
