My friend and I were jumping over an ice cream trying to get more bites of the chocolate part and she clawed my arm a lot which had fresh cuts from last night which ended up hurting for hours :/

I checked my phone at lunch to see a picture message of her wrists, bloody and scabbed. I almost started crying, I was shaking and keep looking at the picture. My friends looked at me and didn't say anything.

I talked to her later, now I have a deep gash right above my knee...

I came back to TH because I didn't know where else to turn, but nobody's answering my threads. I've helped people since I've been back, which I still love doing. But I f-ing need help too.
