Having a generally shitty day, but also wanted to complain because although Netflix released two seasons of my favorite shows today, I can't watch one of them because I promised my partner I wouldn't without him. I just found out that Jordan is taking another work related trip coming up the week after next. We will be gone an entire week. Normally his trips only last three days and two nights. This time it's eight days and seven nights. We aren't too happy about it.

I was sick this morning, again. I hate when this happens and it's way too often. I don't think it's going to stop happening, but at least the toilet still works. Need to get that fixed too.

I can't stop feeling restless for no reason and it's hard to concentrate on something in particular for more than just a few minutes. Hopefully the books I ordered will arrive tomorrow so I can find joy in an activity that doesn't include sitting in front of a screen for way too long and developing a headache.

My friends aren't being the support system I thought they'd be.
I got jipped in therapy by being unable to say anything all day until the last fifteen minutes and even then I didn't get to say all that I wanted to.
The crisis textline has been utterly worthless.
The suicide hotline redirected me to a teen lifeline that was not very helpful.
I don't wanna be heard. I wanna be listened to. And I want people to actually talk back. Just because I have no means or intent and therefore have no risk and am getting out of bed and eating and sleeping and showering and talking doesn't mean I'm okay. Just because I'm doing okay doesn't mean I'm okay. I hit rock bottom less than two weeks ago. This needs to be more toward the front of people's heads.
Or is that selfish? God forbid.
