My mum persuaded me to go clothes shopping today. The shopping centre was packed, I only found 1 thing I liked out of 5 shops, almost had a panic attack in one of them and she made me try stuff on and I had to see my disgusting body. I honestly thought I was going to start crying in front of everyone at one point and told my mum that I didn't want to look in anymore shops.

Why have I been so upset and paranoid, lately? I feel like some of my friends are pulling away from me. I'm really the only one that starts a conversation. I'm never sure if they're just putting up with me. I just want my life to be better than it is, but I don't feel strong enough.
