I'm so sorry all these things have happened in your short life! It sounds like a burden to be carrying these traumatic memories, especially at such a young age. I would strongly suggest finding a mental health therapist that you can talk through these traumas with. They can help you find a way to cope safely, heal these wounds, and move on with your life. Especially if they're no longer things you are dealing with at the moment; nobody should be holding on to these things as if they've just happened. You deserve to move on, let those wounds become healed scars, and live your life.
I am so sorry to hear that you have had to experience so much trauma at a young age. I can't imagine what you must be going through and how you are feeling.
I agree with speaking to a mental health professional in order for them to help you talk about your past. I understand that it can be a little scary opening up to someone, but it can help quite a lot if you find the right psychologist to speak to. I recently started seeing a mental health professional and I was quite anxious as well as nervous about opening up to a stranger, but that it what they are there for and it wasn't until the second session that I believed it started to help speaking to someone.
