Why Me? Here is a safe space to let it all out, where you can rant about all the bad things life throws your way. Sometimes it just helps to ask "why me?"
My work and study schedule is becoming too overwhelming for me again and I only have myself to blame. I have put too much work on my plate and it's come to haunt me. I have 2 jobs which can see me work 6-7 days a week, I'm studying my teaching degree and the odd days I do have off, I'm always doing some sort of work such as working on my side projects, trying to catch up with family and friends, attending to my rabbit, doing the housework and organizing my wedding. I don't know how to have a break when I do have some me time because I have become so used and addicted to working that I feel like time not being spent on work is time wasted. Now I'm regretting how much time I do actually work and not being able to just relax to watch a movie or the like. I feel like my quality of life has distinguished immensely.
I am so sorry to hear this! Do you think that you'd be able to ask your boss at one of your jobs to reduce your hours? I definitely understand being addicted to working, but you seem like you are getting burned out and your health, both physical and mental, are both more important than these jobs. You deserve a break!
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die
Like you're hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
'Cause you gotta survive
I'm sorry to hear you're feeling burnt out with everything you have to do! I think Dez makes a wonderful suggestion, do you think it'd be reasonable to speak to your boss (at one or both of your jobs) and ask them if your hours can be reduced? Your mental and physical well-being matters!
I am so sorry that you have a busy schedule. When we have so much going on, this can be hard to deal with because we are trying to get everything done in one day and that is hard. I hope that everything will calm down soon for you and then hopefully you can relax some, reading a book for a while or drawing or painting or listening to music or watching movies or something else that you enjoy doing and try them to help you calm down for a while. I hope everything will be okay soon for you.

Thank you for your reply. I'm hoping my schedule calms down too!
