Why Me? Here is a safe space to let it all out, where you can rant about all the bad things life throws your way. Sometimes it just helps to ask "why me?"

Over the past couple of weeks, my anxiety has kicked in at full speed. This year has been difficult for me and the changes I've experienced has been something that I haven't quite adjusted to yet. My Grandmother passed away, I started studying my teaching degree, I moved house and changed weekend jobs so I'm still working two jobs. Now I've stupidly agreed to doing a tutoring gig once a week. It's all seemed to have caught up on me and I haven't been handling it as well as I thought I have. I'm constantly anxious that I'm going to lose my weekend job and I'm so run down with my busy schedule.
I am so sorry that you are having a hard time with all of this and hope that you will be okay soon. When we have a lot of new things that we are going through it can be hard to be okay with everything. I am sorry about your grandmother. If you want to it can be helpful to get a scrapbook and have pictures of the different times you we're together and add them to the book and then you will be able to keep it with you. When you move to a new house, that is hard because you are putting everything into boxes and then you have to take everything out when you get to the new place and it is stressful. I wish you the best with going to become a teacher. If you are not able to do the tutoring, you can stop because you don't have enough time and you want to be able to enjoy everything that we are doing, if we are not enjoying it then that can get us down too. Try going for a walk or listening to music or reading a book or something else that you enjoy doing so that you will be okay soon. I hope you will be okay soon.

You have so much going on, I don't blame you for being anxious! I'm hoping things start to slow down a bit for you soon. <3
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die
Like you're hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
'Cause you gotta survive
You really do sound like you have a lot going on at once. Hopefully things settle down soon and you're able to take the time to focus on yourself. Your mental and physical health comes first, don't forget.

Thank you for your reply! I often forget that my health does come first.
