I'm so tired and everything is overstimulating right now.

Why do people insist on turning the heating up to an ungodly temperature even though I've turned it off already? My head has been spinning all day and I can't breathe when it's 30 degrees in the store and we have a million and one customers in.

I hate being anxious all the time.

I don't want to feel like this anymore.

I wish my parents understood how I felt enough to support me making decisions they wouldn't make.

Anxiety is pretty bad this morning

I hope I have the motivation to complete my assignment.

My body is so sore.

I really don't want to teach that class on Friday. At least make it 15 minutes.

It's not that I can't stretch or don't know how to stretch... but half an hour of stretching? Geeeeez. I hope I do this right...

I had a really good day. Came home to talk to my mum, and then for some reason she was super aggressive about everything. Didn't want to listen to me because of what I was talking about. Told me that maybe I should 'get a new job'... like... ok? What happened?

I feel really off tonight and its freaking me out

My workload is is already too much, why do they keep adding more and more responsibilities?

There was so much I wanted to do today, but I've barely achieved anything and I'm beyond exhausted. I wasted two hours waiting for an appointment that ended up being more frustrating than helpful, had more unexpected social interactions than I had the energy for, and barely got through a handful of the tasks on my to-do list because other more urgent things kept coming up. I won't be able to catch up on any of it because the rest of the week will be too busy, so all I can hope is for a good night's sleep to take the edge off the exhaustion and even out my emotions enough for me to get through it.

My anxiety is slightly better but no where near where I want it to be
