At least a shift with both my favorite and least favorite people should balance out to be okay. I REALLY wish he would still listen to me about her though. Because even if the complaints are valid, he won't believe me anymore.

If avoiding her at all costs and doing everything in my power to AVOID an issue doesn't work, I give up. This isn't about that anymore, and it CLEARLY goes both ways. If you refuse to see and address it as such, then there's nothing more I can do.

At least I'm mature enough to tell on myself. But, it you decide I'm not promotable because you put me in frustrating situations because of the way you arrange the shift, then I get frustrated, that's YOUR problem, not mine.

I REALLY wish I could not work the next 2 days, but I'm too responsible. I now dread every shift with this person, and more often than not, they end in tears; with management taking her side, and deciding it's because I'm bitter and immature. If I had my way, we'd be kept as separate as possible.

I really wish I could switch days, I'd get my favorite instead of least favorite manager, and a Monday instead of Sunday. If he really wants to keep me, he'd better fucking PROVE it.

Things have escalated, and it's NOT my fault this time. In theory, you already know, so could've brought it up and haven't. But, I'm prepared for you to blindside me and throw me under the bus. He's right that at the end of the day, it's just a job; and this may be the beginning of the end. So, to the question "Are you really going to let her ruin it for you?" I tried not to, but she very well might.
