I'm feeling so touch-starved. I want somebody to hold me, cuddle me, kiss me, take me somewhere beautiful and hold my hand. But nobody will. And even if they do, they won't mean it or feel it like I do. The only people who really love me, are the pretend relationships I have with my fictional crushes - how cringey and sad is that?

Everyone tells me I need to focus on myself and heal, but I am so fucking tired of focusing on myself. Don't y'all realize I spend most days alone with my thoughts? Why is it so terrible if I take some time to focus on others?

Anxiety hits and I don't want to shower

2 days, then one day off, before the week I've been dreading. I'm working 6 days straight and/or getting jury duty. Do you even LOOK at the schedule before you post it, or do you just not give a shit if you work me to the point that I literally walk out the fucking door?!

I hate when I can't tell if I'm hungry or nauseous. Toast it is.

I'm only two days down and this week is as bad as I thought. I don't even get vacation at the end. Just another week of work.

It's been a bad weekend and I've just had enough of being me.

My stomach is hurting and I hate these symptoms.

If they call the same number of people every time, I'll have to go Thursday. When I FINALLY get a fucking day off! Can't catch a G-d Damned break! This is not only the week from hell, but it's every bit as bad as I feared. Maybe worse.

Stressing and it sucks. I know why but there's no actual solution.

I'm mostly sure I took my Zoloft, but I can't remember and for some reason the app I track it with is off by 2 pills. I'll refill soon enough that's a problem, but I don't want to deal with withdrawal tomorrow. Things are finally turning around and that would really suck.
