I don't know why my family has to constantly tell me they love me and make a big deal about me not hugging. Like, I don't want to have to explain that because I was abused I don't like hugs because they make me feel trapped and I don't want to say that saying I love you is hard because love is a really complicated concept. I hate the fact that I'm stuck in this situation, and there really isn't anything I can do about it other than let things ride out and figure them out as we go. Lets hope that things start to ease up and get easier, because I don't want to have to go back to the doctor with all these problems.
