I don't know if I'm guaranteed scheduled or paid. But, if it's paid, I'm under my guaranteed hours, which means I get AT LEAST 2 hours of paid time back before you give ANY to ANYONE else. I'm as close to guaranteed as I'm going to get without a promotion that may never come, and I'm STILL having my hours fucked with. This is ridiculous!
Not to mention, this is a January issue, so why is it happening in March?! 6 more shifts until my favorite manager is back.

"More fair with the weekends off" does NOT mean that I work both days of every single one forever while everyone else gets them off. And don't give me your typical excuse of "Your job is to be where we need you." Because that was true when she did the schedule, and I got PLENTY off. So, you can make it work, and if you don't, I'll start requesting them so you have no choice.

We're not going to have a slower than normal weekend any more than I'm going to be supported without becoming leadership first. And I fucking can't survive if it's as bad as expected and I have to do everything myself (after being told I don't) because we have no hours left. And I'm hoping, like last time, that I'm only tempted to misinterpret your text and you just meant I didn't do anything wrong, and not that they value leadership more.
