Favorite way to spend a day off from school or work? -

What’s your favorite way to spend a day off from school or work?
That would be taking all three of my dogs for a lot of walks or hikes, playing with my cats, dancing, drinking a lot of coffee, baking sweets for everyone to enjoy and going to the lighthouse.

On my days off from work during the week, I still try to stay busy. I keep up with my chores and work on side projects. On the weekends, I enjoy binge-watching different TV shows on Hulu or Netflix. I like to stick with a routine schedule during the week because I feel good about myself that way.

Honestly my favourite way to spend a day off is doing absolutely nothing

I love just to catch up on sleep or with my family and friends. I do as much as I can to relax and to not do anything work or uni related.

If I feel like doing someting outside: visit a coffee shop or eat out, go on a walk/bicycle ride (if the weather allows), visit a cinema/theatre/museum, go to a shopping mall.
If I feel like staying at home: read a book, play video or board games, take a bath, watch the TV.
It's usually pretty difficult for me to force myself NOT to study duringe every single free moment that I have. If I don't use it for studying, I feel like I'm not devoting enough time to learn new things. I am in the process of teaching myself how to relax without feeling guilt.
