Why are most of my threads gone?

Most of my threads from through the years are gone. Did they get deleted on purpose, and if so, why? 🥺😭💔

They were not deleted on purpose. There was a technical error a while back and most old threads before a certain year were archived. We still have them, but since there were so many, moving them back is a long process. If there are any specific threads you are looking for, please let me know and I will go find them. Currently I believe just TLs and PCs can help with this.

Edit: Just checked and a TL or PC can help. Emmie (Golfing girl) & Forums Officer can help as well. If you want all of your threads (instead of a specific one) I can search and have those brought back too. It actually helps when people make these requests because we can prioritize their return amongst so many others.

There was a glitch about two years ago where a lot of threads dated c. 2014 and earlier were deleted. It was nothing against you; this happened with about 50% - 60% of the forum threads. As Cassie said, this is something only the PCs are able to help with. If you are looking for a thread in particular, it'd be best to reach out to either Robin (PSY) or Rob (Rob) for support.

I'm sorry to hear that your threads have now disappeared. But as the other members have suggested, there was a glitch which caused Teenhelp to lose a lot of its threads. The best people to speak to would be Rob or PSY.
