Your night time ritual
What do you like to do before you go to bed?
I tend to just lurk the internet and watch a few goofy videos on YouTube. Or reply to emails/messages. If I have time during the week, I make contributions to TeenHelp, though much of the time it's restricted to Sunday when I can get some time to myself. |

At night I try to clean the poop out of my guinea pig's cage then either browse TH, play mobile/computer/Switch games, or some combination thereof. Then I take my meds, brush my teeth, and shower.

Usually in the evenings I am online talking with friends, browsing social media, or watching something on a streaming service. I pretty much just do this until I am tired, then brush teeth, take meds, use bathroom, turn phone to "do not disturb" and set it to charge overnight, and then lights out.

It depends on what day of the week but usually I browse TH and the internet, listen to music, study for a bit and watch a movie before I go to bed. :)

My night time routine will usually be to watch something or play some games in the evening. Once I come off of any devices I'll brush my teeth, make sure my clothes are out for the morning, get a glass of water, turn on my star light projector, set my alarms and get into bed. If I don't have work the next day, sometimes I'll then browse my phone for ages before finally sleeping :bleh:

In the evening, I'll be on my laptop replying to messages or maybe catching up with things on TeenHelp or just general browsing the internet. I'll have the TV on in the background. Then I'll help out with the dishes before brushing my teeth and getting dressed for bed. I make an effort to turn my phone off before I get into bed otherwise I'll never sleep :nosweat:

I need to do a better job at maintaining a night-time routine, and hopefully doing so will help me fall asleep faster and sleep better.
Ideally, I would like to shut all electronics down, do some final cleaning in the kitchen, take my meds, get in bed, and read. I'm trying to read light material on my kindle so that, when I put it away, my brain isn't getting overworked and I fall asleep sooner. |
