Good Days! Great days are always worth celebrating, so share your good times with us here!
I went out today! It was only to pick up a few things, but I enjoyed the train ride (the mountains, trees and streams looked so lovely with the sun shining and blue sky, with the occasional fluffy cloud...even though it was a bit on the cold side!). I bought envelopes, a new hair brush and comb, and some cleaning wipes...it's the small things that count
I'm happy today because I've finally decided to stand up for myself, and to take care of me for once. I feel so much better after learning how to say 'no' to people.

Although I'm going through a tough time, I'm happy today because I looked out of the car window, watched the view passing by and knew in that moment that I will make it through, that I will be fine, that I just need to let those feelings be felt until they fade.

Ted Cruz apparently cheated on his wife 5 times. Don't get me wrong... I feel sorry for his wife. That's a horrible thing to happen to someone. But Ted Cruz is Satan and shouldn't have a shot at being president and getting the nuclear codes.

Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die
Like you're hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
'Cause you gotta survive

Classes were all canceled today so my friends and I were able to go to lunch and to the beach and just have fun.

Resilient
1. (of a person or animal) able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.
2. (of a substance or object) able to recoil or spring back into shape after bending, stretching, or being compressed.
We all possess resilience, we just need to realize it.
I had a great time at therapy today. I figured out new ways to be more social! I also showed my therapist all the art I have been working on and she absolutely loves my work and had no idea I was. When I saw her face light up, it gave me a great feeling inside, a feeling I haven't felt in a while. I even gave her one of my pieces!

I'm happy today because I was able to go to my dads grave. It was the first time I've been there since his funeral over a year ago. At first I was thinking it was going to be really hard, and it would bring up all kinds of emotions and I would be crying and everything. Well I was right, but it was t as bad as I thought it was going to be. And when I left, I felt at peace with everything.
I'm happy today because it's a lovely day! I'm so full of energy and Ava is in such a great mood, and I'm excited to see all the progress we can make today.

I had such a great time at my senior prom last night. The place was absolutely gorgeous. The food was beyond amazing. My friends are absolutely incredible. It was definitely a night to remember.

I'm happy today because Sam is out of the house today! And on top of that, he got a call back for a job! Hopefully he will get it, and he will be out of my hair during the day.
