I got the courage to try on prom dresses even though I'm still embarassed about my scars.. But today I said I won't let my mistakes define me. So I was wearing those dresses (strapless and tanked) and even though I got ALOT of stares I still rocked the dresses

Today I found out that I received a 4.0 in my Geology class and a 3.9 in my painting class. This good news allowed me to stay happy despite my recent breakup of my 4.5 year relationship which ended the other day. It has been my goal not to wallow during this time and thus far I consider myself successful.

I managed to top up my phone. Long story short, too many technical problems, but I got it sorted. Plus, I feel confident in using my debit card online (I previously felt nervous, like if I accidentally type the numbers in wrong, would I get into trouble, would my card get cancelled, would my bank phone etc). But now I feel like I can shop anywhere online

Worked out for 35 minutes, burnt off bit over half of what I did on Wednesday. Not as good as I was hoping, but good enough considering it was the elliptical and only for half an hour. I feel so energized and alive right now!

I have read an academic article on the progression of German Politics since the fall of the Berlin wall and understood it. I have also made fabulous colour coded revision notes for the exam tomorrow. I have stayed positive and persevered even though I am not feeling confident about my ability to pass the exam.
I have used my skills to stop jumping to conclusions and thinking in a negative cycle.
