Blackout tattoo?

Does anyone know Oliver sykes? He is a good example he has a black arm it's called blackout work. I'm considering getting it done to cover my sleeve I like the concept.

Has anyone had experience with this?

What are your reasons for covering your sleeve? If you want to cover it for work and things like that I don't really think a black out tattoo will be much better. However, if you have other reasons for wanting to cover your sleeve then it could very well be worth the money.
