How much would a tattoo hurt on your wrist?

I want a tattoo on my wrist. I want this or something very similar:

I actually bought that temporary tattoo to see how it'll actually look on my wrist before getting a real one.

How much would it hurt there? I imagine the wrist would hurt like a bitch. It'll be my first by the way.

The tattoo is lovely. Really like it. Tattoos hurt a lot more where skin is very thin, with bone right underneath. I think it also varies from person to person based on their pain tolerance. I haven't a tat on my wrist, but as any other tattoo would, it will hurt. So ust be prepared for that. Best of luck. Hope it turns out lovely! x

I've actually found my tattoos hurt more when they were on fattier areas rather than on bone. In fact my tattoo on my shoulder blade and behind my ears were the most painless. It won't be that bad on your wrist, just a slight sting. That tattoo is fairly small so it wouldn't take long either, which means less time in pain. If you want it, get it done regardless of pain.

I got a tattoo on my foot and everyone I know that has tattoos said that one hurt the worst but it did nothing but tickle me (I almost kicked the artist it tickled so bad). Make sure you get to know the artist a little first.
