you can block most of the senders who send this junk mail i have blocked so many junk mail email addresses that they like pretty much account for like 90% of my blocked senders.

I am not sure how to block senders but you might be able to look that up based on the email provider you use.
One thing that a lot of people tend to do is utilize throw away accounts. These are, essentially, accounts that they set up if they sign up for things that might result in giveaways.
I kind of have something like this. I have an account that all my official emails go to and then I have an email account that I send everything else too. This way, my official account doesn't get as bombarded with junk mail and then I don't have to worry about missing something important or anything like that.
Best regards.

Hey,
There are a few things you can try. All of my suggestions involve going into your Options menu and then going from there. These are all working under the assumption that the email program you're using is Outlook, so if it's not feel free to disregard this response.
First, you could try blocking senders. Go into Options, and then under Junk email there will be something that says Blocked senders. That will take you to a section where you can add specific addresses or general domains that you don't want to receive correspondence from.
You can also go into Options and under Mail, click on the option that says Inbox and sweep rules. Here you can create certain rules that will affect how the program deals with incoming mail. For example you could create a rule where any email with the word 'insurance' in the title gets automatically deleted.
Depending on how you use your account, you could also try changing your filter level to Exclusive (rather than Standard, which is the default). To do this, go into Options, and then under Junk email click on the one that says Filters and reporting. Then select Exclusive under the Choose a junk email filter title. Doing so will mean that you'll only receive emails from senders that you've approved.
Hopefully this helped a bit, and let me know if you need me to explain any of it further.

I'm not sure if your junk mail emails have the options at the bottom - there should be a button to unsubscribe from their email list. If there is no option, you could just block them and hope they don't find another way to email you junk mail. I get loads of them everyday and I have no idea how they find me.

Hi everyone I have done the create rule thing which was suggested above.
I did receive some junk mail this morning from one which I believe I blocked but I am going to give it ti time to see if I notice a decline in mail coming through I have noticed a decline but it's only been a day roughly and I feel I need more time to see if this is going to work. I am planning on making a new email address as a last resort because this can not keep up I will update you all you on how it goes.
Considering my level of tech experience I am not an expert on Outlook so thank you to everyone for the help.

You may already know this, but just to add in case you don't... don't use the 'unsubscribe' button on any spam emails that you get. As others have suggested, always block. There are many spam emails that, while they look legit, often have fake unsubscribe buttons which lead you to another website that is actually a phishing site trying to gain personal details from you, or worse, gain access to your computer via viruses etc.
Although I'm sure you're technically inclined and can recognise a fake email, just in case others may be unsure, you can hover hover any and all links from emails and usually at the bottom left it will usually pop up with the link's true website... which aren't always legit. A lot of spam emails also use images that look like normal and when you click them, can take you to lord only knows where so again, hover over links and content before considering clicking. Also, an easy way to tell how legit something is is simply looking at the email itself. I know there have been many times where I'll have received an email from a fake paypal account or similar that says paypai.co.... blah blah and not everybody can spot the difference, other more obvious emails are usually something along the lines of gzzrrz(at)email.co...blah blah.
