Books allow us to travel through time and realities. They are great teachers and show us what we would have never thought of or experienced otherwise. Reading seems to be a hobby as old as time, and is taking different forms nowadays, such as e-book readers or audiobooks. The latter is a bit similar to podcasts - yet another form of expressing oneself through new media. Topics of podcasts vary from criminal puzzles to garden trees. Do you read or listen to podcasts in your free time? Have you got any favourites or ones you would recommend?
I listen to two podcasts regularly: one in English called The Dungeoncast (about Dungeons&Dragons) and one in my native language about history and politics. And I read too many books to list them

I don't listen to podcasts, but I love to read on my Kindle.
Right now, I'm reading a book by the Bush twins, Jenna and Barbara. It's a rather interesting read and it should be no surprise that I find myself more fond of Jenna's narrative than Barbara's.
But seriously, it's an interesting insight into the daughters of one of the most important — even if controversial — presidents in United States history. Their father, GWB, had to deal with the fall-out of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
I am able to separate Jenna & Barbara from their father. It's interesting to read little tidbits about GWB.
