Has anyone ever written anything for you? In all your darkest hours Have you ever heard me sing? Listen to me now You know I'd rather be alone than be without you Don't you know?

I can't sleep tonight, wide awake and so confused
Everything's in line, but I am bruised
I need a voice to echo, I need a light to take me home
I kinda need a hero, is it you?
I never see the forest for the trees
I could really use your melody
Baby I'm a little blind
I think it's time for you to find me
Can you be my Nightingale?
Sing to me, I know you're there
You could be my sanity
Bring me peace, sing me to sleep
Say you'll be my Nightingale
Somebody speak to me, cause I'm feeling like hell
Need you to answer me, I'm overwhelmed
I need a voice to echo, I need a light to take me home
I need a star to follow, I don't know
I never see the forest for the trees
I could really use your melody
Baby I'm a little blind
I think it's time for you to find me
Can you be my Nightingale?
Sing to me, I know you're there
You could be my sanity
Bring me peace, sing me to sleep
Say you'll be my Nightingale
I don't know what I'd do without you
Your words are like a whisper cutting through
As long as you're with me here tonight, I'm good
Can you be my Nightingale?
Feel so close, I know you're there
Ohhhh Nightingale
Sing to me, I know you're there
Cause baby you're my sanity
You bring me peace, sing me to sleep
Say you'll be my Nightingale, oh

I cannot find
A way to describe it.
It's there, inside
All I do is hide.
I wish, that it, would just go away.
What would you do, you do if you knew?
What would you do?
All the pain, I thought I knew
All the thoughts lead back to you.
Back to what, was never said,
Back and forth, inside my head.
I can't handle this confusion,
I'm unable, come and take me away.
If clarity's in death, then why won't this die?
Years of tearing down our banners, you and I
Living for the thrill of hitting you where it hurts Give me back my girlhood, it was mine first

Dead - Like a candle you burned out;
spill the wax over the spaces left in place of angry words.
Scream - To be heard, like you needed any more attention;
throw the bottle, break the door, and disappear.
PM/VM Me if you need any sort of help, I welcome ANYONE who wants to talk.

It's hard to deal with the pain of losing you everywhere I go.
But I'm doing it.
It's hard to force that smile when I see our old friends and I'm alone.
Still harder, getting up, getting dressed, living with this regret.
But I know if I could do it over,
I would trade, give away, all the words that I saved in my heart
That I have left unspoken.
If clarity's in death, then why won't this die?
Years of tearing down our banners, you and I
Living for the thrill of hitting you where it hurts Give me back my girlhood, it was mine first

I got used to
Living without you
Endless phone calls
And dreaming about you
I always said that you were my meant to be But I guess I was in love with your memory
You know I love you
I really do But I can't fight anymore for you
And I don't know
Maybe we'll be together again
Sometime in another life
I know I said
That I would keep my word
I wish that I could save you
From the hurt But things will never go back
To how we were I'm sorry I can't be your world
wanderlust consumed her;
foreign hearts & exotic minds compelled her.
she had a gypsy soul
and a vibrant heart for the unknown.

There are lonely nights when you see no hope, And you’re feeling short of breath, Like a whole damn world is a braided rope, In a noose around your neck.

And when I get there,
It won’t be far enough. I’m a renegade, It’s in my blood.
If ever I get there, It won’t be fast enough. I’m a renegade, I always was.

I've been answering machines all night,
And are the doctors dancing in,
While the ambulances sing,
Another boy without a sharper knife.
The moment, that's where I,
Kill the conversation,
Wrap this up,
With a knife that loves to feel.
How do you know how deep to go before it's real?
Take me home..

No more commands,
No demands,
No losing self control,
No pushing buttons,
No automatic, no more,
Let me go, let me go.
I'm not a machine.

If you ever find yourself stuck in the middle of the sea
I'll sail the world to find you
And if you ever find yourself lost in the dark and you can't see
I'll be the light to guide you
We find out what we're made of
When we are called to help our friends in need
And you can count on me like 123 and I'll be there
And I know when I need it I can count on you like 432 and you'll be there
Cuz thats what friends are 'sposed to do
BRUNO MARS, COUNT ON ME
Be yourself, because those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter.

You'll be there
'Cause that's what friends are supposed to do, oh yeah

I have two stuck in my mind right now.
First:
Fireflight-unbreakable
Where are the people that accuse me?
The ones who beat me down and bruise me
They hide just out of sight
Can't face me in the light
They'll return but I'll be stronger
God, I want to dream again
Take me where I've never been
I want to go there
This time I'm not scared
Now I am unbreakable, it's unmistakable
No one can touch me
Nothing can stop me
Sometimes it's hard to just keep going
But faith is moving without knowing
Can I trust what I can't see
To reach my destiny
I want to take control but I know better
Forget the fear it's just a crutch
That tries to hold you back
And turn your dreams to dust
All you need to do is just trust
-----------------------------------
The second is a song that makes me cry every time I hear it, in fact right now..
Casting Crowns:
"Does Anybody Hear Her"
She is running
A hundred miles an hour in the wrong direction
She is trying
But the canyon's ever widening
In the depths of her cold heart
So she sets out on another misadventure just to find
She's another two years older
And she's three more steps behind
Does anybody hear her? Can anybody see?
Or does anybody even knows she's going down today
Under the shadow of our steeple
With all the lost and lonely people
Searching for the hope that's tucked away in you and me
Does anybody hear her? Can anybody see?
She is yearning
For shelter and affection
That she never found at home
She is searching
For a hero to ride in
To ride in and save the day
And in walks her prince charming
And he knows just what to say
Momentary lapse of reason
And she gives herself away
If judgement looms under every steeple
If lofty glances from lofty people
Can't see past her scarlet letter
And we never even met her
He is running
A hundred miles an hour in the wrong direction

But the truth is, you were never there. You won’t ever be. Sometimes I think I’m not either so what do I do
When every day still seems to start and end with you?
And you won’t ever know, you won’t ever see,
How much your ghost since then has been defining me.
And here you are living, despite it all. Lead Moderator | Disputes Committee | HelpLINK Mentor

I should go now quietly,
For my bones have found a place, To lie down and sleep.
Where all my layers can become reeds,
All my limbs can become trees,
All my children can become me.
What a mess I leave, To follow.
I'm sorry if I smothered you. Sometimes I wish I'd stayed inside my mother, Never to come out.

Time turns flames to embers You'll have new Septembers
Every one of us has messed up too
Lives change like the weather
I hope you remember
Today is never too late to Be brand new
It's all right, just wait and see
Your string of lights are still bright to me
Oh, who you are is not where you've been
You're still an innocent
