This afternoon after finishing my last exam, Julie and I were requested to a small office in the Prince's Palace where Prince Albert's personal assistant handed us documents to sign, plus a Non Disclosure Agreement that is binding.
We commence our jobs after we have been through the final vaccination process, though prior to entering the Palace both of us were covid tested, thankfully negative. I am absolutely thrilled that my lovely twin Sis will be working with me! Maman is very happy having booked us a table at May Jar to celebrate soon. Loving Indian cuisine and only too happy that Maman will be paying, we can't wait for that momentous evening to come!
I think I did very well in both exams. Unlike the others taking similar, I was really looking forward to both! I reckon I did well, though revision demanded a tough week. Now I'll have to wait at least 4 weeks if not longer before the result.
Time for nice welcoming pot of tea and so to sleep.

Congratulations!
So happy to hear that your exams are done now and that you've signed a contract for your job too!! Wishing you the very best!
If you studied well and did your best during the exams, that's a good sign! Fingers crossed that you'll get some very good news on the results soon.

I'm what Maman calls 'bright' which is why I took the degree course when a young teenager. The main reason why she took me out of school was because I was bullied. Julie, too. The sad or cruel fact is that bright kids are always picked on at school, and I was constantly in trouble for nose punching and arse kicking. The bullies picked on Julie, not me. They knew what I was like!
With covid raging across France, everywhere and infections on the rise even in Monaco, we think my degree course will will have to wait possibly many weeks. Everywhere else, schools in towns and cities are being cancelled. This is why home study degree courses are being so favoured.
I appreciate your answering, so thanks very much!

Congratulations on the job and the exams! I am sure you've done really well and this sounds like such an exciting thing to look forward to. Also really glad you are negative for Covid

Thank you everyone. O appreciate what was shared by all of you.
My intention is to apply through one of Monaco's top state school for my Master's in Library and Information Science (MLIS). I have already sat the exam to earn my Bachelors that hopefully, eventually, will complement a Master MLIS degree as my next step.
The halls in which I will be working with my sister (who has also sat the appropriate bachelors) are such that nobody knows except the privileged few including Heads Of State, hence the NDA Julie and I were required to sign.
The halls within this massive ancient building contain astonishing amounts of books and artifacts, all under high security, and the architecture and gilded decoration takes one's breath away! It will be a highly specialized position we will be doing. Only three years ago were we informed of its existence. We will also have the opportunity to travel to other countries within the context of our jobs - once everyone becomes covid-free. What a career! What excitement!
