Honestly, if it were possible to have a job like my role here on TeenHelp, that would be perfect
I'm actually at a crossroads again because I could potentially go down the mental health route, and in particular, working within charities. Buuuut, I have recently started to look into working with animals as that's another area I have always been interested in.

My dream job is no job. Instead, I'd love to go on a deserted island, live in a cosy place and watch the turtles hatch all day.

Something with qualitative research and/or sexual health. I know I want to be a professor someday, but what to do BEFORE that...

Ideally I'd like to be a dog trainer, particularly assistance/service/therapy or conservation detection dogs.

I would love to work in a field that involves writing creatively and telling a story with people, such as being a script writer or editor on a television series. Especially since I have Autism and am Deaf, it'd be a nice change of pace to have a differently-abled individual.

My ultimate goal is to become a clinical director. Currently though, I'd be happy just becoming a case manager.
Resilient
1. (of a person or animal) able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.
2. (of a substance or object) able to recoil or spring back into shape after bending, stretching, or being compressed.
We all possess resilience, we just need to realize it.

What I really want to do someday is work as a zookeeper and gradually work my way up higher in the zoo. I want to do all the hand's on care with a large variety of exotic animals and work on conservation of species.
For now, though, I'd like to work in environment or biology somewhere. Preferably in a job that will keep me moving - maybe I'm in a lab one day, and outside the next.
On the side I would like to help people develop organization skills. Not quite for people who struggle with hoarding, but people who need help making the most of their space. I'd also like to restore furniture and sell it on the side.
If clarity's in death, then why won't this die?

I would love to work in the zoo or in a veterinary clinic and hopefully own my own clinic.

A streamer is when you live broadcast playing a game. Am I right?

Yes, a streamer live broadcasts media over specific platforms.
One notable example that is popular today is TikTok, which is typically geared for the younger generation.

I keep changing what I want to do. I can't make my mind up.
I am working currently. I do want to advance in that department of health and safety with other skill sets. Currently, I am working and earning money.

Hey Chantal, I don't think there's anything wrong with not being able to make your mind up. Sometimes, we can go many years switching around different jobs and specialties before we settle on something we truly love. Or, some of us might never; but there's absolutely nothing wrong with that!
I say as long as you are enjoying yourself and, of course, are making money doing so... then go for it.
I don't have TikTok either and I don't think you are boring. It's all good.

That would be really cool! I think I'd struggle to be a vet because of seeing animals in bad condition and needing to euthanize them. I still have trouble with the "you can't save them all" idea.
Also I don't have TikTok either and I feel old when people talk about it.

That is the bad part of the job. Where I live, it is really hard to get work placement or a volunteer position in a vet clinic due to how many veterinary students there are and because of COVID-19 as well.

You guys have such interesting goals and dreams!
I definitely want to work in the genetics sector as a genetic counsellor and hopefully as a cancer genetics researcher (but PhDs take so looooong ugh).

My ideal has happened: self-employed working in the family business (Antiques, restoration, carpentry and farm working) like everyone I live with, but I do draw a salary.
