it is okay to talk about how you feel here. in fact here is where we listen and solve all the problems that you're dealing with.

Hey there!

I understand not wanting to open up, especially publicly, but if you're scared about that. Then you can PM me, which is private and I keep things confidential, I wouldn't tell anyone else something you told me. Feel free to talk to me if you feel comfortable, everyone needs to be able to open up. Secondly, you can use HelpLINK, which is an anonymous way of getting advice via your email. Stay strong and you can always post a thread if you need advice, don't be afraid.
