Book: Help With Anxiety - December 17th 2020, 04:07 PM

Help With Anxiety by Ged Jenkins-Omar has 150 Easy to Read Tips to Cope with and Overcome Anxiety, Worry & Panic.

The book is an easy read, well written and illustrated, breaking everything down into smaller chunks making it easy to use and to remember. I let my sister read it. Judging by her smile, I knew I was on to a winner because the book has a wide range of techniques that will surely help and ease anyone's anxiety.

Published by Oliver Summer Publishing, 2020.
ISBN 10: 1527260437ISBN 13: 9781527260436

In the UK, bought new it costs £10.99 I've just seen it's available on 'Amazon Unlimited' for free and the same as a free Audiobook through the same online retailer.

At www.goodreads.com the book is rated '4.7' which is excellent.

This is the best self-book I've read by far and comes highly recommended.
