It is so awesome that you want to help people! One of the best ways to try and help people is to respond to threads where you feel you can give insight or support. It can be intimidating to do so at first but it does get easy over time.

It's lovely to see that you are willing to support people with anxiety struggles! I often find that talking to others who experience the same thing can be really helpful. Remember that we are here to support you too :)
