Anxiety - June 2nd 2015, 09:00 PM

I have been dealing with anxiety's for a very long time.
is there anything out there than can help make it go away ?

My anxiety is causing to trigger the way i eat and i can't really take deep breaths.
does this happen to everyone dealing with anxiety?

Anxiety can have a lot of effects on your body, and change in appetite is one of them. Although it affects everyone in different ways, stomach problems are one of the most frequent.

Deep breathing isn't for everyone, other methods to deal with anxiety are distraction, meditation, relaxation exercises and medication. (:



Take as long as you need.
