I would recommend seeing a professional; maybe even a therapist and a psychiatrist. A good therapist can help you realize your triggers and work with you to help reduce your anxiety. A psychiatrist can prescribe medication for anxiety, but I wouldn't jump into meds right away. My fiance has been dealing with anxiety most of his life and has never been treated. We just can't get him the medical help yet. He plays a lot of video games and he needs a lot of alone time. I would also recommend doing something you love and trying to unwind and relax as best as you can. My fiance uses video games and at night he has take a ton of over the counter sleeping meds because he has such trouble sleeping from his anxiety. You are not the only one out there struggling with this but you can learn to deal with it much more effectively if you seek out a professional or two. I wish you luck!
